Quattro Announces Staff Promotions for Seven Employees
Company Continues to Expand, Cultivate Talent in Digital Marketing
BERWYN, PA – Marketing and advertising agency Quattro recently announced the advancement of key personnel in the areas of Production, Creative, Digital Marketing, Content & Engagement, and User Experience Departments.

Eric Hellberg: Promoted to VP Production (from Production Director). Eric works cross-functionally to manage the daily workload for complex, high-volume, high-version marketing programs. Eric and his team work directly with clients and account teams to improve current processes through increased efficiencies, enhanced quality, and reduced costs. Eric attended California University of Pennsylvania.
Jason Koscho: Promoted to VP Creative (from Creative Director of Digital). Jason is Quattro’s creative visionary and storyteller, ensuring that each client’s brand and marketing program are unique and impactful. Jason motivates his creative teams to generate breakthrough creative for clients, while delivering tangible marketing results. He has deep experience in digital media and has an acute understanding of modern brand building across all media and channels. Jason graduated from Point Park University.
John Garland: Promoted to Senior Digital Marketing Manager (from Digital Marketing Manager). John’s varied and broad experience in digital marketing and analytics allows Quattro to approach search and digital marketing programs in a way that goes well beyond an algorithm. John’s extensive analytics education, experience and related certifications contribute to Quattro’s continually developing strategy and analytics offerings.
Ashley Wetherhold: Promoted to Director, Content and Engagement Strategy (from Senior Digital Marketing Manager). Ashley leads the all-too-critical content journey for clients and for Quattro itself. Ashley and the Content team aid in delivering the storytelling that Quattro crafts in a way that presents the story in all of its glory. Ashley ensures the work is always on strategy and is distributed via the most optimal channels. Ashley also shares in Quattro’s charge to deliver smart and strategic work that awes client audiences. Ashley graduated from West Chester University.
Mike Magargal: Promoted to User Experience Lead (from Interaction Designer). Mike’s dedication and involvement in the work, well beyond wireframes, has earned him a lead position in helping make our work resonate with the end user and successfully meet client goals. Mike plays a critical role in bridging the creative and web development teams to best implement vision and design into code. Mike graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Amy McDonald: Promoted to Senior Account Director (from Account Director). Amy will continue to lead the growth, strategy, and execution for some of Quattro’s largest financial services clients, including U.S. Bank and Citadel Federal Credit Union. Amy provides a broad range of Quattro services to these clients: digital, creative, print production, pre-production, social media, and data sourcing. The projects Amy works on are complex, and serve multiple clients. She does it all with diligence, skill, and a dose of humility that make for an exceedingly rare combination of talents in this business. Amy graduated from Penn State University.
Eric Zerbe: Promoted to Creative Director (from Senior Copywriter). Eric oversees creative writing across all services within Quattro. He flawlessly motivates others around him and elevates them to the highest level. Whether working with the client, the account team or the creative department, he consistently drives the creative vision and ensures it’s backed by research, insights and strategy. Eric gives others the confidence to express their ideas to generate the best possible customer experience. Eric graduated from Lycoming College.
